Terrence W. with Poolie takes amazing care of my pool. He answers any & all questions & takes his time. This guy needs to be promoted, he understands what it means to have pride in his work. My pool always looks amazing after each service. Poolie should clone him : )
Customer service is horrible and this company lets their service people walk through your neighbors yards to get their work done. Total lack of respect for yards and your neighbors. Was told they can’t stop that. What!!!
Had a really great experience with Poolie, not only with their Pool service, but also with their great customer service from both the manager, Estephan and the pool tech Arin. Both have been very attentive, courteous and respectful. And if you really want to know the true soul of a company, watch how they behave when things don't go as expected. What I can say is that Poolie's stands behind their brand and will make things right when there are Issues. No if, buts or maybes. It is very rare to find companies like this nowaday... read more
