The badge was great. I needed a wallet to carry it in and they were no help they wanted me to buy 12 wallets to get one. And because of the badge size I can’t find anywhere else. No customer service. And no reply.
I had the pleasure or ordering several products from these fine folks. The outstanding quality, excellent customer service, and timeliness of the final product arrival was nothing short of stellar. Final product is very good. The wait time is longer than some others, but worth it. The negatives are the company is not very communicative while your order is in cue - this may be up to 6 weeks. If you are trusting and patient, they will deliver.
Our Department ordered badges on February 27th to commemorate the America 250 celebration. No communication from them until I reached out last week to find out we won't receive the badges until the middle of July. When asked what they were going to do to fix their failure they sent a box of pins "to wear in the mean time". They let me and my department down, with little effort to make it right.
