Though these apartments are visually pleasing, residing here, is a headache. You will pay for a one bedroom but it is really a studio. The elevators are extremely slow. You will not find parking though you are paying for it. There are more fees than you realize so you will end up paying more than you’d like, like trash. When signing the lease it says you will pay $25 for trash, but you will pay $30. The left side of the stove does not work properly. The dishwasher does not work properly. The urgency from the maintenance staff is unbeatable - I submitted two service requests at 9am and the team was here within the hour to tackle the issues. Dre and Calvin are considerate, thorough, and respectful. So grateful for their attention to detail!
As newer residents, our experience has been fantastic so far! Kaiyla and Gina in the office have been very helpful and responsive for any questions we have had. Property maintenance staff is awesome! G has taken great care of everything we have needed in a very timely manor! Overall excellent community and great place to live.

My girlfriend and I moved here last summer, and we have loved everything about this community. This was our first time living together and we have been able to develop this hidden corner in Scotts Addition as our home. We look forward to renewing our lease when the time comes! Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to live in the city to be apart of the busy/fun lifestyle, but at the end of the day want a quiet and secluded area where they can escape.
