My husband and I purchased a lot at the Ranches at Sentinel Peaks, it was the last available lot because it had been the Boy Scouts Quarry and nothing but limestone caliche. They transformed the land into a spectacular wildflower and grass meadow with 7 small ponds to hold the water after a rain. We call them the dirt whisperers ! We have now decided to transform the entire 13 acres. The are amazing!

Thank y’all so much for the beautiful work. Our place is feeling a lot more spruced up and it looked especially beautiful in time for our baby shower we had. Looking forward to continuing to beautify our outdoor areas with y'alls support.

Edit: Michael, I'm sorry you didn't feel comfortable telling me what a nuisance you felt I was. As for "renegotiation," that is usually bilateral. What happened was "oops, sorry we couldn't honor the promise that was at the crux of your whole decision, but we don't like you, so bye." I've debated whether to leave this review for a long time.
