I have been seeing the same Doctor for years and never did have one single issue in over a decade at his former practice, so when he moved to this office, I followed. It has honestly been an absolute nightmare ever since. For starters. they have more scheduling issues than I ever imagined possible for a Doctor’s office! Yeah, time to “re-position “ the lady that does the blood work . She’s just not a good match for your business., if you want to project a positive experience? Do your surveys ask about “the blood experience” I don’t think they do? I don’t take it personally because she’s like that to everybody

I love the office and the doctors that work there, I wish I could say the same about the lab tech that works I’ve had multiple visits to this office for lab work, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been uncomfortable. I am a difficult stick, and instead of being met with patience or care, I’ve felt rushed and spoken to in an unwelcoming manner.
