The concern and care I have received at Symbios Health has been excellent! Every associate with whom I have come in contact has been respectful, friendly, and professional.
I used to recommend this office, actually referred 3-4 people. I no longer recommend Symbios Health. They ask if you have any questions/concerns during your physical and then charge for an Office Visit for discussing things “outside the scope of your visit” without informing you. They incorrectly submit insurance claims and even after repeated requests to correct the error they do not. I have been seeing the same Doctor for years and never did have one single issue in over a decade at his former practice, so when he moved to this office, I followed. It has honestly been an absolute nightmare ever since. For starters. they have more scheduling issues than I ever imagined possible for a Doctor’s office! In fact, they have “rescheduled me” for appointments on multiple occasions now without telling me! And then when I didn’t show up for said “appointment” (that I didn’t even agree to!!)? $25. Yeah, time to “re-position “ the lady that does the blood work . She’s just not a good match for your business., if you want to project a positive experience? Do your surveys ask about “the blood experience” I don’t think they do? I don’t take it personally because she’s like that to everybody
