I loved Dr. Madison, but I recently got thrown on Lisa Mazeika, his NP. She’s terrible. The physical I had was half-done, only spends about 5 minutes in a room and doesn’t address concerns. I had a test done recently and the results were very scary, she spent 3 minutes on a telehealth with me. I was done. I found a new doctor in Bluffton, have been twice and she found the root cause of the results I had and I am now on my way to being healthier and understanding everything. This place is a joke and just wants your money.
Had to ask for lab results to be sent to my patient portal after being instructed a follow up appointment was required. Also told I must see PA 2x per year if on any medication whatsoever. $30 office visit, add’l $30 copay just for obtaining lab results, another $30 copay for a 2nd office visit + another $30 copay for 2nd visit lab work results. They are awful
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Deborah Luther! She is truly the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, always taking the time to listen and make sure I feel heard. I never feel rushed during my visits, and she genuinely cares about my well-being. Finding a doctor who is both compassionate and knowledgeable is rare, and I feel so lucky to have her as my provider. I highly recommend Dr. Deborah Luther to anyone looking for exceptional care!
