I have had great experiences participating in group classes and individualized instruction sessions at Symbiotics. Mary Beth is very knowledgeable and is an excellent instructor. She is very careful not to hurt my back and is helping me strengthen my core. I highly recommend Symbiotics!

Mary Beth (instructor & owner) is a miracle worker! When I began Pilates several months ago at Symbionics I was out of shape and lacked muscle tone. Mary Beth provided a program that allowed me to strengthen & lengthen my muscles while continuing to add just the right amount of challenge each week. Just a few months later my core is stronger & I am feeling much more confident. I can’t wait to see where I will be in 3 more months of work at Symbionics!
