I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM, right when the salon was supposed to open. By 9:40, I was still standing outside with the lights off, gate closed, and nobody inside. I booked the first appointment of the day because I’m traveling out of town today and needed to get in early—that’s the whole reason I made an appointment at opening time. I should have written this review much earlier—avoid this place at all costs. A friend and I had Bio Sculpture manicures here a couple of months ago, and both of us left with severely damaged nails. The technicians overused the e-file, filing down our healthy nails and creating deep ridges at the nail bed. Even now, months later, my nails still look damaged and unhealthy.
