We worked with Sylvie to purchase our first house, and were very pleased with her service. She took the time to clearly explain what we were singing and was very patient with us. Sylvie’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I am disappointed with my experience working with Sylvie for my recent property purchase in, Moncton, New Brunswick. While the initial stages went smoothly, there were several issues with receiving the final documents: 1. Sylvie promised to send the paperwork within a week of my moving in, but this did not happen. 2. After three weeks of waiting, my initial follow-up email was ignored. 3. When I followed up again, she made an excuse about malfunctioning machines and sent only scanned copies, instead of the original paperwork... read more
