Initially posted a poor review. Sylvia Tailor saw the review and outreached me ASAP, kindly offering to address my concerns. When I returned to the shop, they were able to find my ticket immediately and further adjusted my items, free of charge. Very impressed by their service and dedication to customer satisfaction!!! :)
They did the tailoring for my wedding dress and they did amazing! They took their time and made sure everything looked great. I highly recommend!

Sylvia’s Tailor did a fantastic job fixing my bridesmaid dress - it was too long and big and they did a great job on the first try and steamed the dress. They were quick and professional. 5 stars!!
