I was denied coverage today, when other insurance companies, had accepted me easily. I wanted to know why and the agent could only speculate. She seemed anxious to get rid of me at that point; I suspect because I would not make her any money due to the denial.. She did not know of a way that I could find out the reasons for the denial and she seemed very disinterested in assisting me in getting that info. Bad experience overall.
Always above and beyond your expectations. They go out of their way to keep your best interest in mind. We pay a lot for insurance so the value I get with her agency and all of the free services they offer definitely makes it worth my money!
