Unfortunately, this was a bad experience.The doctor didn’t share MRI results, the office didn’t inform me that I needed to follow up, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive on the phone. If you’re experiencing any kind of acute issue where you might need clarity on what to do or if you’re looking for ongoing neurological care, definitely find a different practice.
Doctor office incorrectly validated my plan as being EPO, when it is HDHP. For this reason I was denied service after they confirmed the appointment. To make things worse, the office did not have the basic cordiality to call ahead of the appt to let us know, making us waste a lot of time.
Dr. Mohen and Dr. Sarah have provided exceptional care and support throughout my journey. Their attentive listening and prompt attention to my concerns have truly made a difference. I appreciate their expertise and dedication in addressing my issues efficiently. It’s a privilege to know such compassionate professionals, and I’m grateful for the past decade of their incredible service. Their commitment to patient well-being is genuinely inspiring!
Highly recommend Dr M. Lucky to have been a patient for many years and she’s brilliant.
Unfortunately this is a negative review. I saw the doctor on 4/25 for nerve pain that I was having for about a month. I had an appointment, but waited almost an hour to see the doctor. I understand things happen, but not once did one of the 3 staff members in reception say “we are running late or it will be another x # of minutes.” When I finally saw the doctor, she was pleasant enough and said she hoped what I had going on would go away on its own (again it was already a month), once I said the pain was the worst when sitti... read more
