1 star is for the extremely rude & abrupt staff at 30 Broad location. Front staff said,”I don’t have time for your call, I’m the only one in office!” Then, hung up. Staff mgr at that location then threatened patient by saying, “I can have you discarded from this office” & also hung up. Told me to go to other locations instead. All this, bc I just needed my rightful medical records printed out.
