Sylvia was the one who helped us purchase our house and we loved her then. We decided to go with her again for the sale of it. I love Sylvia’s no sugar coating personality. When it comes to buying/selling, I want to hear it straight. What needs to get done to make the purchase or sale happen. On top of that, Sylvia is kind and clearly works for her clients verses working to push numbers. What else can a client ask for?

Sylvia has been very professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with a previous realtor who took advantage of us and tried to sell our house well below $150,000 value. To the point we had to take this previous real estate agent to court. Sylvia came right in, had our house staged, and sold our home for $50,000 more than what the previous agent was able to get in 4 months. With only 2 open houses.
