For over 20 years Dr. Krueger treated me with nothing but respect, taking time to explain things, and has always been very professional. I can’t think of anything negative in all these years. I like her and trust her. I feel she is patient oriented.
While at first Dr. Krueger seemed to be in tune, engaged and invested with patient care, it became obvious quickly that she was focused on a "turn and burn" format of rapidly serving as many patients as possible. She stopped explaining why decisions were being made, why dosages were being changed and what options might be available. She did not want to answer questions pertaining to why a course of treatment would be pursued and what might be the outcome of making an alternate choice.
