She's amazing. She has really helped me and has a very calm demeanor. She's easy to talk to and the EMDR has been incredibly helpful.

Sylvia is very sincere, knowledgable and dedicated. After many years of looking for a way to make a shift I finally found it after doing EMDR with Sylvia. Three years later I know the shift is permanent. Even had some major challenges, yet had many more resources to handle smoothly than would have in the past.
Sylvia is the best therapist I've ever encountered. Anyone who is recovering from a trauma related relationship needs a therapist as knowledgeable and compassionate.
