She almost convinced me to drop and change my meds. She said didn’t understand what my psychiatrist was doing. She talked to me like I was simple. Not a fan, not going back.
I have been coming to Sylvia since 2018. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She has helped me through a lot of emotional issues stemming from my mom’s passing. Sylvia has also kept me on track with certain things in my life. I highly recommend her.
Sylvia is not capable of managing her clientele or her team of nurses. I've been with facility for 20 years and unfortunately had to leave due to the incompetence of her and her staff, particularly managing prescriptions. They seem to not care about you withdrawing from your medications and do not refill promptly. It's heartbreaking.
