Dr. Emory is retiring but has been my physician for over 20 years and I felt compelled to review after reading the misguided and uninformed opinion above. Dr Emory is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She delivered my daughter 21 years ago and had also been her doctor throughout her life. I went to see Dr Sylvia Emory for hormone issues and hoping to get some kind of hormone replacement therapy. Instead she told me there was no HRT outside of birth control. She discounted my personal opinion and experiences, offering only birth control. So I went and found a place that specializes in HRT. My insurance covers it but when I asked Dr Emory for a referral, she refused.
