We worked with Sylvia in buying our first apartment many years ago and again this year as we sold that apartment and bought our new home. Sylvia is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us navigate the buying and selling process with grace and went above and beyond when obstacles popped up (as they often do with co-ops, banks, and pandemics). If we ever were to need to move again (though I doubt it since we LOVE our new home), we would definitely call Sylvia.
