I purchased a sewing cabinet & had problems with it shortly after purchase in December 2021. Despite the efforts of myself & the retailer I purchased it through, to date there has been no resolution. Very disappointed in the quality & lack of response by this company.
I HAD PROBLEM WITH MY NEW SEWING CABINET WITH THE PLATFORM, WHEN I contacted them they came the next day. They replaced the platform and fixed the problem right away. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for a sewing cabinet. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! Jan a very impressed customer.
