Had serpentine belt issue on the truck. Honest and good service. Mechanic is good at his work
Pleasant on the phone but had an instant attitude upon arrival. He picked up the wrong part from the dealer. After trying to install and noticing the belt was too long we then went to another dealer, he stayed in his truck. The part is wrong. He asked me why I didn’t double check the part. I was under the impression that he was the professional and would get the correct part AND install it. He stated he has to leave due to having a court appointment. I’m still obligated to paying for him coming out. So now I’m out $360 and s... read more
