Pleasant on the phone but had an instant attitude upon arrival. He picked up the wrong part from the dealer. After trying to install and noticing the belt was too long we then went to another dealer, he stayed in his truck. The part is wrong. He asked me why I didn’t double check the part. I was under the impression that he was the professional and would get the correct part AND install it. He stated he has to leave due to having a court appointment. Fairly priced, and completed the job as expected. However, professionalism and communication are lacking a bit. I called for a brake job for my mom in which we discussed services needed, pricing, and same day availability. I provided my address as well as an additional phone number. After two hours of no communication. I reached out for an ETA, in which he asked was the vehicle was at a different location than the address provided.
