Sylvester Electric serviced our fire alarm system. 1) Arrived on schedule 2) Sylvester electric representative John was very helpful. 3) John reviewed the existing system suggested the update and price which we agreed to. 4) John returned to Sylvester Electric office and gathered all parts and returned and installed updated repairs. 5) Total time start to finish one and one half hours. Thank you Sylvester Electric and thank John.

From start to finish we had a great experience. Carlos came to the house to see what we needed and we were provided with a quote quickly, even after changing our mind on a few services. Scheduling for the service was seamless. Carlos was professional and explained everything as he was working. It was a full day job ( when I say full day, I mean he never stopped). He did have to come back the next day to quickly wrap up one thing. Highly recommend Sylvester Electric.
