This center is outstanding, the staff are like soft human highly trained people who really know how to make the patient feel well kept so much in those moments of fragility The nurse practitioner manager is amazingly attentive and with high care for each one of us I felt the best treated in this center! UHealth as a whole is lacking in the area of customer service and operations. For starters, my appointment was made for the wrong location, then the doctor’s office never replied to my request to change it. Then, they called me the day before the appt to tell me the oncologist was not going to be there. I was seen by Gloria (ARNP) and she was amazing, but unfortunately that is not how I feel about UHealth.
