Recent service on my vehicles at Sylvester Chevrolet was overall a very good experience. The service staff and office staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment, service was performed quickly, cars were done in no time and returned in perfect condition. I've been buying my cars at Sylvester Chevrolet for years, and taking them there for service too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very very helpful made a stressful day very easy
I went in for an oil change. They not only changed the oil but did their usual inspection. They even checked to be sure my mats were fastened to the floor, rotated my tires, checked my brakes and fluids. They were thorough and as an elderly female driver who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate that. And they did it in a timely fashion.
