Had my sons party there got charged an arm and a leg. And they didnt allow me to bring outside ice cream, (said they could supply the ice cream for $20…) and the ice cream i did bring for the party they put in their fridge THEN THEY STOLE IT! I never got it back. Lol very upsetting
My four year old son really likes this place, but I drive to Milan to go to PlayStation usually because they have comfy chairs and nearby seating for the parents (pictured below). If they would add something similar I would never drive from Toledo to Milan again
The equipment itself is nice & the place is a great idea but it was pretty filthy - we wouldn’t be going back. There was dirt, hair, & even some random fake nails all over the ground in the play area, I was pretty grossed out. There could’ve been more staff to help with enforcing rules & regulating kids going through the bounce area.
