Definitely NOT a nice place. “Under New Ownership”. All the nice people have left and moved on or they were given notice to leave as of December 1 2024. Because they didn’t fit the new marina owners “type”. They hiked up the fees by 40% before taking over the Marina and there was no consultation with the current clients.
