My company worked through Stoltzfus as a sub contractor and was never paid. They were paid for my work and used our money to finance their company. Very unethical. Sylvan lied to me for months about sending money for the work and never did.
I personally know Sylvan and would recommend his company to build your project. The workmanship is second to none! The talent his employees have is incredible.
I had purchased 50 acres of abandoned farmland with a barn which was idle for nearly 14 years. The barn was in bad shape and needed major repairs.
