I had a great stream and massage with Fernando, who is a fantastic therapist. I have a high standard for receiving massage I was impressed with his style, use of techniques and ability to adjust pressure. Thanks again!
Absolutely loved my time at Sylvan Lake Steam and Spa. It’s very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend Vicky for a deep tissue massage any day. Definitely will be back
if you’re thinking about booking a massage, do it. and make sure it’s with amy. she is phenomenal and deserves a raise. made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job. 10/10
This has consistently been an awesome place to relax. The individual steam rooms are clean and the aromatherapy personalization is a such a nice touch. I also had a deep tissue massage and my RMT was very professional and checked in with me before during and after the massage. The warm table, the dim lights and the starscape projection all adds to the lovely ambiance of serenity. Definitely recommend trying them out when you are in the area. Such a gem!
I highly recommend the hot stone massage and the mud wraps! My skin has never been so soft! It was very relaxing and professional!
