I think a good company! My only complaints are: 1. Chair mounts, canopy supports have a stock plastic-type paint on them which lifts and flakes off into the environment early on. Would like to see some metal that doesn’t require this 2. Snap on cover is thin, easy to tear, and costs $1200 to replace. Fun, sturdy boat for all the important stuff. Fits the price and exceeds expectations
Terrible quality boat one thing after the other fails.The horn failed the first year,a seat split at the seams 6 months later.The engine trim indicator stopped working.The tachometer reads incorrectly until I tap gage.The plastic trim around motor cracked.The seats are disgusting,black mold.This all happened within four years from new purchase.There is one positive thing on the boat and that would be the Mercury engine whoch they have nothing to do with.
Having taken the factory tour at Sylvan Marine I am very impressed with their technology and innovation on the Sylvan pontoon construction. This boat is definitely coming home with me! Looking forward to making memories!
10/10 pontoon. I looked at many different brands and settled on Sylvan. It did not disappoint!!
