Paid for an assessment and doors are locked.
Had an assessment appointment, showed up on time and the doors were locked. Nobody showed. Stayed well over my appointment time and called multiple times and left voicemails. Nobody answered. Nobody called to inform me of any cancellation or rescheduling. Wasted my time driving 25 minutes here. Got charged for nothing.
Scam alert! This place is a total rip-off. I paid for an assessment and nobody showed up. Called over and over again—no one answered, no manager ever called back, and they kept my money. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here!
Friendly staff that seems very knowledgeable. They’ve been very helpful so far and we’ve signed up for a summer program to keep my child on track.
We’ve had an amazing experience with Sylvan, and we couldn’t be happier with how the center and teachers have supported our children. Our son has gained so much confidence in his reading abilities thanks to the personalized, encouraging approach.
