I would give zero stars if that were possible. I paid Sylvan Learning for my son’s French classes for June 2025. Two classes were cancelled because no teacher was available. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, made repeated follow-up requests, and called several times — all without any response. I might have given zero star but there a no option. I paid Sylvan a month's fees for a French class that my son never attended. We cancelled the class and requested a refund. It's now been almost four months, and the franchisee hasn’t returned our money or responded to our calls. Avoid this place. It’s not the right environment for any child to learn in.
UPDATE: Still firm on my review. Their coding program is just building Lego and going on the computer and learning coding in a boring way. If you plan on learning how to program & save money, just watch YouTube or buy an online course. I find these methods were so much effective. Why teach kids lego, block programming, just get straight into it!
