Our daughter has used Sylvan for the past 2 years. The staff did a tremendous job at improving her core skills, this in turn increased her confidence in her ability to improver her marks. Her approach to her school work is much more positive.
We have used Sylvan 30 years ago to help our son with his math and in the past 2 years, our granddaughter needed assistance with various subjects! We found them very accommodating in terms of fitting us in at the last minute and providing the right tutors! This company has been around for number of years as they offer great service. Thank you!
Email conversations weren’t great and reflected poorly on there business. Inquired through there website about 1:1 tutoring for an adult upgrading student looking for help with some classes. Online it says 1:1, when asked what a tutoring sessions looks like, I was told it is 2:1, one teacher for 2 students. Replied with my concern that on the website and info sheet that was emailed to me it does say 1:1 and that I am not interested in having another student near by.
