We 10 year old benefited tremendously with Sylvan’s reading program. She always looked forward to her sessions and loved her instructors. Her reading speed and comprehension improved dramatically, and she has begun to enjoy reading for pleasure. Abhishek was also super helpful with his insights and analysis. We would highly recommend Sylvan for anyone interested in reading or writing programs.

My daughter has been to Sylvan learning for a year and as parents, we are really happy to see her enjoying the lessons and making great progress there. We are having one reading and one math class a week and we see good progress on both, and the teachers are flexible on the contents per parent’s feedback or request (eg they are helping her to prepare for the Kangaroo Math Test next year so parents don’t need to put additional work on it). Sylvan Learning Center San Jose - Westgate tutoring has been outstanding for my daughter. She’s received tutoring from Kindergarten and First Grade for reading.
