I appreciate the periodic meetings to go over their progress and the way they record how they are doing so I can review the information and send it to their teachers. Additionally they do periodic testing to see how they are progressing and I find that information useful. I am very satisfied with how they’ve done there.
Sylvan had help me with my HSPT exam.
I am a student at Sylvan, and they teach very well. They develop your writing and reading and math. They also help you do exercises and there are prizes you can get for tokens.
My time at Sylvan Learning has been amazing. I first came in at the end of 9th grade, when I needed help studying for my math final. It was very helpful. Since then, I have been coming once a week (I am now an incoming senior) to keep up on coursework, as well as get help studying for the SAT. I have recommended Sylvan to a couple of friends already, and I plan to continue doing so.
My son has been going to Sylvan for the past few years, he was previously at a different program that focused on repetition which didn’t suit his learning style. The staff have been nothing but helpful and supportive in his development and like the small group tutoring model. Would recommend!
