READ THE FINE PRINT!! THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF THE MONEY PAID FOR SERVICES THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE.. THEY PROMISE TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK FOR UNUSED HOURS THEN SAY WE ARE GOING TO ATTACH AN ADD25% FEE.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A PLACE THATS SUPPOSED TO HELP KIDS BUT IN ACTUALITY IS MONEY HUNGRY! AND GET YOU TO SIGN ON UNDER FALSE PRETENCES! THEY DONT WMEVEN RESPOND BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER! THEY DELEGATE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOMEONE LOWER IN MANAGEMENT WHO CANT EVEN EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON... THE MERRILLVILLE SITE IS HORRIBLE!!!
I am more than impressed with our time at Sylvan thus far. My daughter has been to roughly 6-8 sessions and when coming in she was reading at a kindergarten level in 2nd grade. She HATED reading, wanted nothing to do with it, despised it, and even said she was afraid of reading. When walking into her session last night, she sat there and read an entire paragraph that was on the wall about food and drinks!! She would have never even attempted before attending Sylvan. Carmen is so amazing. , she heard my concerns , assessed accurately so very attentive to my kiddos learning differences , worked a plan and even supported finding a sylvan closer to my home.
My son enjoys coming to Sylvan. Have noticed improvement in school work.
