Our two kids, Zed (6 years old) and Chuby (4 years old), have grown tremendously over the last year with Sylvan's dedicated instructors. The transformation has been incredible! Was a teacher that did training there, they never paid me for my training hours. I have text messages asking why they have not paid me they simply responded that they were traveling and would handle it when they returned, however messaged again and no response. I feel if a company is going to be dishonest about money, they will be dishonest about everything else.
Sylvan Kahala has been very easy to deal with in terms of scheduling, determining needs, absences, time changes, etc. Sam has been very helpful and my son likes his tutor.
