This is best thing we have done to help our child. School noticed immediately the improvement. You want be disappointed.
Sylvan has helped tremendously with my child's reading. My child's reading confidence and reading comprehension has improved over the last several months. We also saw improvement in grades and standardized test scores.
My son feels confident doing math. Although he knew math, time management was an issue for him. Sylvan has improved his time management skills tremendously.
Sylvan has been a life saver for us. Our daughter was a struggling reader with low self confidence. If I asked her to read, she would go find the smallest book she could with lots of pictures and tried to guess her way through it. Within a few months she is doing so much better. She is confident enough now to call out words on street signs, words on products in the grocery store, and even open the Bible with me and read and follow along. I highly recommend Sylvan Learning.
This is a review worth writing. If your child suffers & needs additional help & nothing seems to work. Please don't wait!! Reach out to Sylvan Learning Center. My son has had an IEP for 3-4 years now & once we changed schools, he had an IEP that they really didn't do anything with him to help him. He was able to barely pass on his own & for that reason they dismissed him from his IEP which was a Specific Learning Disability in Reading & Comprehension.
