My son, currently in 3rd Grade, used to hate reading. He struggled through Kinder, 1st Grade. During his 2nd Grade, I have decided to hire a tutor/teacher; however, there has not been much improvement. After doing research, I have decided to enroll him in Sylvan Learning of HB. They did initial assessment and create a plan based on where he is vs where he should be. He has improved beyond imagination!!! Boy that hated reading, loves reading anything now! Thank You Austin Forsyth and team!
This location has very dedicated personnel. They work with my children and tailor the tutoring based on the needs of each child.
We had the best experience with this location. My son was struggling with his math due to the pandemic. I got him several tutors but nothing worked. He was getting F on every tests. When I signed him up with Sylvan, after a few sessions, his last test was an A! It was a huge success! Their staff was amazing and we are very thankful !
I originally posted a 5 star review to get a discount on my services at this business. Everyone was nice, and friendly and my daughter enjoyed her tutoring. However, after around $5,000 and many hours of tutoring my daughter tested LOWER than when she first started. I was not given a reason why she did not process, and ended my program a few weeks early.
