The new Director at Cedar Hill rocks!!! She took the time to engage with us and made sure we had a full understanding of the plan ahead. I feel so much better after speaking with her. She truly cares!!!
Carly & Carmyn came out of the testing room smiling and happy. While sitting in the wait room I was able to observe. All the children going in and coming out seemed excited and happy to be there!
We love this place! the teachers are great! since starting in January this year, our 8 year old daughter has already jumped up in her report card results, that came out last week. we have tried Kumons, Mathnesium, Huntington already, but Sylvan has been the most impactful due to their personalized tutoring plan. Worth every penny!
If I could give them 0 stars every day I would. We no longer needed Sylvan services and they walked us through the process to cancel the contract. I did everything and now they have ghosted us and I'm being charged monthly for services we have not used. Who does this? This is on my credit card with all the fees that come with it - they don't care at all. The manager says it's not her responsibility and the one person who can resolve this is never around.
