We love this place! the teachers are great! since starting in January this year, our 8 year old daughter has already jumped up in her report card results, that came out last week. we have tried Kumons, Mathnesium, Huntington already, but Sylvan has been the most impactful due to their personalized tutoring plan. Worth every penny!
If I could give them 0 stars every day I would. We no longer needed Sylvan services and they walked us through the process to cancel the contract. I did everything and now they have ghosted us and I'm being charged monthly for services we have not used. Who does this? This is on my credit card with all the fees that come with it - they don't care at all. The manager says it's not her responsibility and the one person who can resolve this is never around. It's sad when you have to threaten legal recourse just for normal custo... read more

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Sylvan Learning Center in Cedar Hill! My son Matthew, who is in fifth grade, needed extra support with math skills —especially with homework help—and the difference we’ve seen has been incredible!
