My 10year old daughter is getting math tutoring there and it’s going very well! She’s more excited to do her homework now that she’s got more confidence from her tutoring! Every is so kind and nice there too. It’s a wonderful atmosphere! Very grateful.
This group was nothing short of amazing! Especially Sylvia, the operator of the location in Williamsville and Depew, and the manager Krista. They both worked hand-in-hand to schedule my exam within hours to meet my urgent need to take my license exam that day. They were extremely understanding and took action to create room for me to take my test so I don’t risk the need to take a one year class again. So my son was going he never liked it, they changed directors and she called me and said she wanted to retest my son. He took the test and struggled he has saying things like “ugh how much longer “ and “this is fricken hard” how do I know what he said? The director wrote things down like she was mocking him. They’re the only certified proctor for an exam I need to take within an hour and a half. I only have a few weeks left to take the exam. I have been calling for a week and a half, leaving voicemails, and no one has answered, no one has gotten back to me.
