I have been a strong supporter of this center in the past, largely due to the dedication of the director and teaching staff. Unfortunately, recent issues with management have left me extremely disappointed. Despite paying for services in advance, no classes have been held for the past three weeks. I have received no communication or explanation from the owner regarding this disruption. It’s only been a week but so far my son is doing amazing. He has really meshed well with the teachers he has met! I even asked him a multiplication question last night and he answered without even a second thought! Hoping this is just what he needed to get ready for 5th grade (and even a little ahead ☺️).
We are immensely grateful for the support and partnership that we have received from Sylvan over many many years. The support has been various, BUT always consistent from the perspective of active engagement and communication with the Center's Directors. Our son has been a benefactor of homework help; test prep, not just in school but with SATs and ACTs most recently; with his tutors and teachers providing an abundance of resources like Khan Academy, et al.
