Be aware when you make an appointment they do not disclose on the phone that they charge for cancellations or no shows for assessments, even if it’s a legitimate reason and cancelled with notice. There is no info on their website or policy that lets potential clients know of such practices. This is shady business practices.

I have witnessed first hand the impact this Sylvan Center has made in several kids life. Students that come here not only get one on one time with a tutor, they are also shown encouragement, kindness, and compassion. The owner is amazing, she is also a teacher and her priority is making sure the students are cared for and on track with their progress in the program.

One star is far too many for this place. I called and spoke with a lady name Olga as I was inquiring for Spanish lessons for my two boys set an appointment up for Saturday, sometime in January of 2023. My boys ended up getting strep throat I called her on a Thursday, which is two days before their appointment and I canceled and explain the situation. I took my test today at Test Center Billings - Central Ave , and I am very happy to write that , The test Center is very good , quiet, it has wide garage to park my car, the people work there are very nice, kind, helpful, there is lady work there ( Ms. Nikki Layland )she is very professional she know what she does, and very helpful, which is make it clear , easy for me . So, I have 6 more tests, I will take all my test in this place. Very Respectfully.
