Horrible. No one ever greeted me. Three workers having a conversation behind the glass. I waited over 15 minutes was never acknowledged. Next time I’ll just drive out of my area.
Had a 2:30 pm appointment with Identogo located in the Sylvan Learning Center at this location. Showed up at 2:15 pm and the door was locked. Waited until 2:30 and checked again. The door was still locked. Multiple people showed up for their appointments while I was waiting as well and were unable to get their business taken care of. Tried calling multiple times and the recording said they were busy and unable to answer the phone.
It has only been a few months but my son’s report card is all the proof I need. The teachers here are so kind and excellent. They make my son enjoy learning and his confidence has improved. Thank you so much!
We were extremely pleased with our experience at Sylvan Baytown. The tutors that worked each day with our son as he prepped for the SAT were wonderful. Our son told us that the teachers made things easy for him to understand and he liked them a lot!
