I am very disappointed in sylvan. I have used them twice for two different children. I paid for 100 hours and my daughter was going 4 days a week. According to Sylvan she has (4) excused absences and she has lost those 4 hours, because apparently she was suppose to make them up within the month. I was communicating with Sylvan and I stated we could make up on Friday, I was told the facility it’s closed on that day.
