Very poor, unprofessional service. Carers are expected to walk long distances between Service Users. Some do not have cars and if they need to get a taxi are expected to pay for it themselves. Continuity of carers is promised but not delivered.
Great team Of Carer's who looked after my late mum before she passed last year, Wendy's team of girls are so supportive especially with the patient making them Feel at Ease and relaxed and to talk about their lives and become their friends very quickly. I would recommend this service and it's very easy to contact wendy and make arrangements to arrange support for you and your family.
