Since purchased by Sun Communities it has become an awful place to live. Look elsewhere.
I lived in sylvan Glenn for 22 years. I am a senior now in m my 70 and was sent a notice to remove my truck with a slide in camper in 7 days or I would be evicted . I've had the same truck in my driveway for all those years. I loved the park but when your told what you can have in your truck. I fought it thru the new owners sun community and they admitted it was a gray area and left it up to the park. Anneta the park manager said it was OK. I mean just for the houses not that bad but the surroundings is just nah. Neighbors might be nice to adults but not the same for kids. You have little freedom. You cant put a pool bigger than like 8 feet across even if it's your lawn. Maintenance/Managment gets rid of anything in the woods that you put in there and couldve belonged to you. They're also mean and so strict. They make you feel even poor than you are and it's just not the spot.
