One of the worst experiences of my life. It was a nightmare of a move because of how disorganized they were. This move was a big job and I don’t think that SFM is equipped for big moves that require multiple days and multiple trucks. The owner seemed like a nice person but his people were inefficient. There was no game plan from the owner which was the main reason for the inefficiency. 4.5 Stars! Have used them twice! Very satisfied with results. First time was in 2020, in 98 degree weather. This time was 2023. Each time got a truck and 3 men. Handled many flights of stairs like champs, navigating tight corners. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and Saran Wrap - no damage either time. Men were all professional and impressively strong. Yves, Keith and Omar were the kindest men ! They were professional, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend them! I have never had a such a tough job made so much easier by anyone! I can't thank them enough for their kindness! Don't hesitate to hire them! They are fantastic!!!

A little late but that's okay sometimes moves don't go as expected. We had a great team that was friendly and professional. Nothing was damaged and they placed everything correctly . I highly recommend them.
