I toured Dimensions Living in Jefferson with my brother-in-law today. It was wonderful. We met with Mo for our tour. He was very nice and really cares about the facility, the employees and the residents that make there home there. The facility is very clean, updated and nicely decorated. Every employee we passed during our tour was introduced to us and they were all so friendly. This will be the perfect place for him as he moves on to assisted living.
Dimensions living in Jefferson, previously ( Sylvan crossings)has been newly renovated .it is so beautiful, colors they used, are most definitely a game changer. My sister has been there almost 2 years, and this place has done a complete 180°. Not only because of the remodeling, that has changed attitudes of staff and residents, it is mainly because of the new executive director that they have sent to this facility. Moe, is a God sent. Everyone is very inviting and they try to make the living arrangements homey. Moe the director, listens to concerns and makes life easier for everyone.
the best place to work. everyone makes it feel like home. definitely recommend.
Absolutely horrible place(Jefferson Location). Would not recommend having your loved ones here as this facility nor their directors are there for patient care, more so just a paycheck. Not only do they not care for their patients / residents , they don’t clean the facility or the rooms appropriately. When it comes to patients end of life care they are even more hands off and so rude. They could truly care less when your loved one’s time is coming to an end.
