the best place to work. everyone makes it feel like home. definitely recommend.
Absolutely horrible place(Jefferson Location). Would not recommend having your loved ones here as this facility nor their directors are there for patient care, more so just a paycheck. Not only do they not care for their patients / residents , they don’t clean the facility or the rooms appropriately. When it comes to patients end of life care they are even more hands off and so rude. They could truly care less when your loved one’s time is coming to an end. This place is one of the worst places I’ve ever seen in this area. Not much communication between management and staff and residents. Part of that problem is different language spoken so communication is difficult. Place has ant problem that I seen. Management not wanting to listen to your concerns just putting there hand in the air and saying I don’t have to listen to this and walks away.
