If I could give this company a big zero, I sure would!!! We purchased a wheelchair for our German Shepard, because his back legs have arthritis! When we got the wheelchair cart it came in a big box and I assembled and no instructions or nothing in the box to put it together! My husband googled to get the instructions to actually put the wheelchair cart together for our dog!
