Not recommended at all. Really poor customer service. I tried to make a booking over the phone and was told by the lady she will call back as she wasn't in the office, but she knew there was a studio apartment available for the dates I needed. She never called back so I phoned the next day to be told they no longer have that studio room available, now we have no accommodation. If only you could give a review with no stars as one star is being generous.
Sylvan Beach Resort: Apartment #12 Excellent stay, the apartment on arrival was very clean! This is a perfect family stay, the kitchen is well equiped the untensils for those wanting to cook, hot/cold water pressure in the shower is great not that you need hot water during an Australia Summer. The laundry has both a washing machine and dryer or clothes can be dried on the balcony which gets a lovely breeze.
