I only wish I had taken a before pic showing the state of my hair. At my first appointment, what really stood out was the time Victoria afforded me for a thorough consultation, where I felt genuinely listened to. When I went to Victoria, my hair was a mess - it required a major colour correction, there is still some remaining 'warmth' from the dreadful work done to my hair at another local salon. You guys know I got severely burned on my scalp. Got photos as evidence. Really bad and you said go buy certain product's too fix at my expense. Oh yes you did not charge me $140 for re growth charge. Moved on never go back.
